SHIPPING

All shipping services used by MINER49ER.COM provide a tracking number and insurance for the cost of your package.  In the event that multiple order are placed with the same shipping destination and on the same account, if you want to combined, please contact us by E-Mail before our cut off time 1PM Pacific Time, orders will be combined and shipping fees will be adjusted. An additional 2 business days processing time is required and confirm by E-Mail will be sent for confirmation.

 
     
 

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping costs are not included in prices.

Shipping charges for International Countries does not include Duty, Customs adjustment or VAT.  Additional charges in VAT and Duties may apply upon delivery of the product and will be billed upon delivery through a third party.

 
 

 

 
 

PROCESSING TIME & DELIVERY SCHEDULE

We understand how important it is to receive your order when you expect it. In that case, we use secure and fast shipping methods to deliver your orders. We suggest that you ship to a reliable address as our couriers only deliver between 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and signature is required upon receipt.

Orders placed after 1PM Pacific Time will be processed on next business day (Monday to Friday not including holidays).

Generally, it will take 7-10 working days for your order to be delivered to your door by UPS.
 
 

 

 
 

SHIPPING & TRACKING CONFIRMATION

Once your order has been shipped, we will normally send you a dispatch notification with a tracking number through email. Alternatively, you can log in your account on our website and retrieve the tracking number in “order details”.

You can track the status of your order by visiting http://www.ups.com. While your item is being shipped, you can track its progress and location.

Do not forget to include your phone number otherwise courier won’t be able to delivery.

 
     
 

MISSING ITEMS, RECEIVED INCORRECT ORDER AND WRONG ADDRESS

If you’ve found that an item is missing from your order, please contact us at info@minerfortyniner.com. We will arrange a re-delivery of your order as soon as we can.

If you’ve found that you’ve received an incorrect item, please contact us at info@minerfortyniner.com. We will arrange a re-delivery of your order as soon as we can.

If the item is not received and sent back to us by UPS you will be charged the actual shipping fee.  The price of the item will be credited once we receive the item.  We will contact you to inform you when we receive the package.

 
     
 

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS POLICY

We guarantee all products sold by MINER49ER.COM. Any product purchased from Miner49er with a defect in craftsmanship or material may be exchanged for another product within 7 days of the package delivery date. After 7 days Miner49er cannot accept returns for any reason other than defects. Items purchase at a discount of 30% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. The items must not be worn, altered or washed and must have their original tags. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable. Refunds will be refunded to your credit card within 5 business days of reception of the item at MINER49ER.COM office. We must authorize all returns and exchanges prior to the return; you will need to contact us prior to proceeding with return. You will be provided with return instructions along with return authorization number. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. We are not responsible for the loss or delay of packages being returned and suggest using a shipping service that provides a tracking number and insurance.

International: All return items from International countries should be declared as a “return of China merchandise” on the customs declaration: returned items that don’t have this mention on their custom declaration will be refused and returned to the sender.
 
     
 

PAYMENTS

We accept payments by credit cards and Payment Asia.   Upon receiving your order we carry out a standard pre-authorization check on your payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. The pre-authorization is completed once the order has been packed and is ready to be shipped. If the billing or shipping information’s is incorrect or incomplete, we will contact you to confirm them before your order is shipped.

 
     
 

ORDER MANAGEMENT

You may cancel or make changes to your order as long as the order has not been shipped. To do so, please contact us through our customer service number at 1800------------- or by email at info@minerfortyniner.com. You can view your order history and order status by logging into your account and clicking on the “order status” link.

 
     
 

CUSTOMS
